UNIVERSAL SEEDLING

This whole world is my adventure

this universe my solitary friend

I must walk alone. . . .

seeking my own path through life’s maze

a solitary traveler in a seemingly chaotic cosmos

but only because my light is oft too dim

to see much beyond my footsteps.

All my life I had been waiting

for someone or some god to show me the way

for some kind of sign

but I realize now 

I must find my own path

through this tangled web

and so must we all.

It took me all these years to realize

that if I am free

free from the bonds of matter

free from myself

free from my opinions

endeavoring to understand All

with calm watching eyes,

then existence itself is the sign

and the intangible force of love will light the way.

Most of all, 

I endeavor to understand

that within me which understands.

Seeking to have a happy life

harmonizing with the flow

making humanity a happier place

as I pass through, and beyond

beyond to mine own universe.

The birth of a cosmos child.

We are seeds
we are the germ of a new universe
if we flower.
